In the unfortunate event that you need to submit a claim for insurers consideration, please contact us as soon as possible as any delay could invalidate or prejudice your position in the event of a claim.
We will provide advice and guidance of how to present the claim to insurers along with details of information required and action you will need to take immediately following the loss.
As part of our service proposition we will, on your behalf, liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and other parties involved in your claim, to ensure efficient and timely response to your claim, working towards the objective of securing a prompt and fair settlement.
In some instances, where immediate action is required outside of our standard office hours, you may find a 24 hour Emergency Claims Helpline in your insurer documentation. If you do chose to notify insurers by this method please also contact us when our office re-opens so we can then liaise with insurers to progress your claim on your behalf.
