Howard Lee FCA
Managing Director and grandson of W B Baxter, Howard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976 and joined Baxters in 1978. He is responsible for the overall management of the company, as well as heading up the Financial Services Division. His team offer full financial planning services to both the corporate sector and individual clients.
Stephen joined Baxters in 1988, after many years with a major Lloyds insurance broker. He shares joint responsibility for the General Insurance business and works with existing and prospective clients creating bespoke and innovative insurance programmes. His responsibilities include product development, marketing, and furthering our excellent working relationships with insurance companies.
David Stingemore ACII Chartered Insurance Broker
David joined Baxters in 1997, with more than 11 years’ underwriting experience at a major UK insurer. He shares joint responsibility for the General Insurance operation of the company, incorporating both the Corporate Risks and Personal Insurance Divisions. David is active in broking and managing key accounts, including client, insurer and other suppliers, liaison. He is also responsible, with Stephen Saunders, for business & insurer strategy, including business development and marketing. David takes primary responsibility for the operational running of the general insurance business. These activities will include, day-to-day management of personnel, including HR, staff development and training, business processes including IT, along with accounts and credit control functions. He is also responsible for adherence to and management of, our Chartered Broker status.
